Terms and Conditions:

  1. Dumping Requests and Delivery Location: Customers are encouraged to specify any particular dump requests by leaving a 'customer note' in the order form or marking their preferred delivery location. EAGLECARRIERS.COM will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, subject to the driver's discretion and safety considerations.
  2. Driver Discretion and Unattended Deliveries: Customers acknowledge that the driver has the authority to determine a safe and suitable location for material dumping. In the event of the customer's absence during delivery, EAGLECARRIERS.COM is authorized to leave the materials unattended at the designated delivery location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery area is accessible and compliant with the specified requirements.
  3. Delivery Point Requirements and Missed Delivery Charges: The road and entryway to the delivery point must be at least 14 feet wide and suitable for heavy trucks. If the driver is unable to unload the materials due to inadequate delivery conditions, the customer will be liable for the full freight cost of the missed delivery.
  4. Cancellations and Fees: Order cancellations are subject to fees. Customers must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined by EAGLECARRIERS.COM, and any associated fees will apply accordingly. It is recommended that customers review and understand the cancellation policy before placing an order.
  5. Delivery Date Disclaimer: EAGLECARRIERS.COM shall not be held responsible for any financial consequences arising from delivery delays. Customers are advised to schedule the delivery date at least one day prior to the hiring of workers or equipment for their projects to mitigate the potential impact of unforeseen delivery delays.
