When can I get my delivery?

You can choose your preferred delivery date and whether or not you would like a morning (8am-12pm) or afternoon (12pm-4pm) delivery after the order is placed. The earliest the delivery can be made is next day delivery if order is submitted and approved, with confirmation email and dispatch call by 3PM on the same day of the order. 


Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order is already dictated on the checkout. if the product allows you to get one ton only or 1 bag only, that quantity will be delivered as requested.


How do I pay?

You can set up your delivery and pay for it through our website. Simply choose which materials you would like > the quantity > go to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.  - We accept most approved credit cards with shopify merchant services, afterpay or Klarna to be introduced to help payment forms to different customers. Payment can be processed online when completing your order placement - just like any e-commerce solution. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment is successful.


Does the price include delivery?

Delivery will show up at checkout. There is separate delivery for every separate item. for example if you order 20 bags of granite, 5 tons of top soil, and 5 tons of limerock, you will be charged a separate delivery fee for each product, as the trucks and materials cannot be mixed.


How much material do I need?

We have a very simple and easy to use material calculator function on our website. Either go to calculator in our top menu or alternatively, if you are already on your desired product: under INFORMATION you will see our 'Estimator: coverage calculate' button which will also take you to our calculator. From there, simply add your measurements and press calculate!

Do you spread the material?

We do not offer a spreading service for our deliveries. If such service is needed please reach out to us directly to assist in you in finding the contractor that can help you with your project.
